JuiceBox customer terms
These terms are between you and the charging-service operator identified on your JuiceBox invoice. By creating an account or starting a charge, you agree to these terms and the privacy notice.
Accounts and charging access
- Provide accurate details, protect your password and report suspected unauthorized use promptly.
- RFID cards and mobile QR access identify your account. Multiple access methods linked to you use the same wallet.
- Use only equipment and connectors suitable for your vehicle and follow site safety instructions.
Prices, VAT and payment
- The tariff locked when a session starts determines the energy price and any connection fee. Paid tariff inputs are exclusive of VAT and the invoice shows the exclusive amount, VAT and inclusive total.
- Prepaid credit is added only after Peach Payments verifies a successful hosted payment. JuiceBox does not receive your payment-card details.
- Actual meter readings determine energy and cost. A final reading can result in a small negative wallet balance if energy is delivered between the stop request and the charger's final meter report; that amount remains payable.
- A No charge tariff allows unlimited authorized charging at R0.00 while energy and session details remain metered and invoiced.
Availability and session records
Charging depends on the site, electricity supply, connectivity, charger and vehicle. The operator may suspend unsafe, faulty, unauthorized or unpaid use. JuiceBox records and charger meter values are used to resolve session and billing questions, subject to demonstrated meter or system error.
Refunds and disputes
Contact the operator using the details on your invoice for duplicate payments, incorrect meter records or unused-credit requests. Refund eligibility and timing depend on the payment status, actual charging supplied and applicable law.
Responsible use and liability
Do not tamper with chargers, QR codes, credentials or the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not responsible for indirect loss or failures outside its reasonable control.
Changes and contact
Tariff changes apply prospectively and historical sessions retain their locked rate. Material term changes receive a new version date. Contact the operator using the business details on your invoice.
