JuiceBox privacy notice

Version 2026-08-03 ยท Applies to the JuiceBox app and web service.

This notice explains how the operator shown on your JuiceBox invoice processes personal information when providing electric-vehicle charging, customer accounts, payments and billing.

Information we process

Why we use it

We use this information to create and secure your account, authorize charging, operate charging sessions, calculate and collect charges, issue invoices, provide support, prevent fraud, maintain audit records and meet legal or tax obligations.

Who receives it

Information is available only to authorized operator personnel and service providers needed to run the service. Peach Payments processes hosted payments. Infrastructure, email-verification and security providers may process the minimum information necessary for their services. We do not sell personal information.

Retention and security

Financial, charging and audit records are retained for operational, contractual and legal record-keeping needs. Short-lived operational and authentication logs are rotated according to the operator's retention settings. JuiceBox uses access controls, encrypted transport, protected credentials, audit logging and verified backups; no system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

You may ask the operator to access or correct your personal information, object to processing where applicable, or request deletion where records are not required for billing, security or law. You may also complain to South Africa's Information Regulator. Contact the operator using the details on your invoice.

Changes

Material changes will receive a new version date. Continued use may require acceptance of updated terms or notices.
